ClamUI documentation
ClamUI is a Linux desktop interface for ClamAV. It does not ship ClamAV or its virus database: install host clamscan and freshclam for every package format. Daemon scans additionally need host clamd and clamdscan.
Start here
Section titled “Start here”- Install ClamUI, then update the ClamAV database.
- Follow your first scan.
- For recurring work, create profiles or scheduled scans.
Common tasks

- Review or remove quarantined files
- Choose a scan backend

Report bugs and feature requests on GitHub. Report vulnerabilities privately through the security policy.
